Certified Quality
One of the main targets of our Group, since its birth in 1999, has always been to do our very best to meet Guest requirements and to stand out among the small hotels of the Rimini Coast and the thousands spread throughout Italy's Romagna region.
We have always been firmly convinced, and our experience so far has confirmed that belief, that a small hotel can offer its Guests flawless service, while guaranteeing enviable rates: fine service at a reasonable price!
We really do put extra care into preparing fine dishes, and we make a point of spreading news about the traditions and natural and artistic wonders of our land. Our number one engagement though is to take very special care of each and every one of our special Guests.

These are just some of the reasons why, from the very beginning, we gave ourselves a self-improvement code and soon after, aiming at increasing our professional standards through better methods and smoother procedures, we chose to begin a quality certification project.
In July 2002 the Piccoli Alberghi di Qualità (Small Quality Hotels) Group was Italy's first to receive ISO 9001:2000. Certification n. SQ02979, assigned by CSI-CERT, was renewed in 2005 on the basis of:
- the planning of initiatives and activities and the supply of assistance supporting partner hotel services.
- support and control of partner hotel quality levels and stardards with reference to Small Quality Hotel group outlines and regulations.
Besides controlling the above items, the Certification Auhtority was given the right and possibility to keep a close eye on the standards of the Group Members that took part in the certification process and check them out with reference to group partner hotel rules and outlines.
